What a great Doctor/Consultant & Surgeon - listened clearly to my wishes. The care and attention I received whilst my stay in hospital under Dr Abuzodas care was second to none. NHS served me well along with the nursing staff to. Surgery on a Friday with 2 visits over weekend by Dr Abuzoda to check on my progress one of which he wasn't happy with and safest option was to keep me in for one extra night. with rest I will have a quick recovery hopefully. Again a big big thankyou to all and Dr Abuzoda especially. what more can be said but THANKYOU.

I have been under Mr Abuzoda’s care for almost 10 years now. He is a very caring, down to earth consultant and fully includes you in your care plans. After my recent surgery, he went above and beyond to carry out what he said even though it took him 4 times longer! He involved all my family who were at my bedside visiting, rather than ask them to leave. I would 100% recommend him to any woman. He’s the best!

I found him to have a very kind manner and it was a pleasure to have him as my consultant. This was the first time I had been referred to a Consultant. Mr Abuzoda was very attentive, caring and fully understood how apprehensive I was. He was able to fully and simply explain what needed to happen with my treatment going forward. It was decided that I needed to have a surgical procedure, this was carried out last Wednesday. When I arrived at hospital I was visited by Mr Abuzoda and he again went through what would happen throughout the procedure and I immediately felt at ease and felt I could trust what was going to happen. The procedure went well and Mr Abuzoda visited me after again to explain what he'd done and what my after care should be. I know that if I naturally don't get better I am under a Consultant who will care for me and help in any way he can. I must also point out that the team working within this department showed empathy and understanding. Having never been in this position before it meant the world to me. Human life is a precious thing and to know that there are people who care for you is a blessing.

I have been under the care of Mr Abuzoda since I was around 12 weeks pregnant due to my low BMI. Throughout our time with him, he has always been very friendly and approachable. Our baby has been in the breech position since around 20 weeks so at our last scan it was discussed about having the external cephalic version carried out to try and turn baby. This felt incredibly daunting at first but Mr Abuzoda was very reassuring and the proecdure itself went very well. He was calm throughout and explained everything he was doing - the procedure itself was over in minutes. I felt very comfortable in his care.
